This is my third Cajun Rod I have 2 more on order ! Yep they’re that good I was a long time St Croix guy they’re good but in my opinion the Cajun rods have a better feel in my hands.
I also like the finish on the Cajun Rods better
The ability to have the taping custom colored is a bonus I color coded mine by line weight and rod setup makes it simpler when you have more than a dozen rod and reel setups I fish the Detroit River I set those up different I have a few set up for big water you get the idea .
Ordered the Trigger 6' med light baitcasting rod, I live close enough to pick it up instead of shipping it, while at their shop, the owners gave me a shop tour, showed me how the rods are made, quite wild to see the process, we talked fishing, showed off fish pictures on my phone, took the rod out the same day, great action, sensitivity, good balance and felt great in my hand, caught 6 smallmouths in a couple hours, Cajun rods has my business from now on, just wish I found them sooner
