"The combination of strength and sensitivity is unmatched in my experience."

William Schwartz

Ever since I caught my first Largemouth Bass at the age of two, I’ve been on the water as long as I can remember. Growing up in Northern New Jersey, I learned the sport mostly chasing bass and panfish in my home waters with my father and grandfather. Ever since, it’s been a true love of mine, and my favorite thing in the world to do. My roots are certainly where my heart is, and there’s still nothing that fires me up more than watching a big smallmouth hammer my topwater and start peeling drag. I’ve since branched out in the sport, learning to love other styles of fishing, from chasing wild trout in Colorado’s Rocky Mountains, to doing battle with Snook and Redfish in Florida’s Gulf Coast, and I can’t wait to see what other new experiences this sport still holds for me. I left New Jersey as a winner of the state’s first ever High School B.A.S.S. Nation State championship, and have since moved on to the University of Michigan, where I am now a part of our Big Ten Conference Champion Bass fishing team. I can’t wait to tackle the challenges presented by legendary Midwestern fisheries like Lake St. Clair, the Great Lakes, and all of the world-class trout and steelhead rivers Michigan has to offer. Fishing has always been a huge part of my life, and I look forward to the new adventures and challenges that are still yet to come that and the success that will come on them with my Cajun Rods®.

From the first time I held a Cajun Rods®, it was clear that these rods are something special. The combination of strength and sensitivity is unmatched in my experience. These rods balance a fast and responsive tip up for any presentation with a powerful backbone that can muscle the toughest fish out of the nastiest cover better than any other on the market. And, all of this is delivered at a price point that is unmatched for this level of performance. On top of everything else, knowing that all of these rods are 100% made in the USA makes me proud to pick them up every time I hit the water.
