Michael BrandtAs an avid inshore angler I greatly appreciate the opportunity to become a member of the Cajon Rod pro staff. My obsession with inshore fishing started about 5 years ago when I started fishing from my kayak. After my first redfish, I was hooked. As my obsession grew so did my needs then it was time to upgrade to a boat. With getting a new boat comes the need for equipment, and after countless hours spent experimenting with other brands of rods, nothing held a candle to a Cajun Rod. My target species are redfish, trout and flounder. I can assure you Cajun has any rod to fit your needs on the water. They construct their own rod blanks right here in the USA and that was a plus for me. The Valor and Trigger series rod fits any of my needs in the Northeast Florida waters.I am relieved to walk up to a weigh-in knowing Cajun Rod is my weapon of choice. The sensitivity on these rods are unlike any other as well as the backbone when setting the hook and its hard to have the best of both worlds in one rod but that's what you get with a Cajun Rod. It's an honor to be apart of this company and their reputable name which is known all throughout the USA. This competitive market is always steering people to try new products but with Cajun there isn't a chance on getting any other brand rods on my boat.
