Cajun Rods Product Reviews
First time buyer very happy with the performance. I give it to my son, and I seen him catch the largest smallmouth and largemouth bass back to back… st. Croix we stop buying since most is made in China or other countries had several issues with the as of late. Thank you Cajun I already gave your information to a freind. Praise the LORD
This rod is perfect for throwing my big swimbaits, A rigs, and a my glide baits. Used it for the first time this weekend and it handled like a dream. Has just a fast enough tip for making it easy to cast and the backbone to drive it home.
Great feeling rod lightweight and super sensitive. Quickly became my favorite Chatterbait Rod casts accurately and u can feel everything your bait comes into contact with by the vibration change. Loads up just right to let the fish get the bait good and keeps m on. Also a good looking rod with excellent fit and finish.
I found my new Cajun Rod through a search for an American made fishing rod. The search came down to a few choices, but I ended up pulling the trigger on the Revenant that was offered on a “Spring Special”. I have been out with this new weapon twice now and have landed numerous bass with it. The comfort, the action, the sensitivity all stand out to me. It would be nice to see the Cajun logo and American flag stand out a bit more, but that does not take away from the quality of this rod. I look forward to expanding my Cajun Rod collection in the future.
Quick delivery, light, well-made and beautiful.
These are the best rods ive ever foshed with over 40 years! And made in America! You cant beat that moat tackle shops will tell you all rods made in China or Taiwan...dont buy lesser rods from other counties. Pricing very competitive.
I purchased the Savannah 6’6” HF & Revenant 5’6” MHF. I’m a novice fisherman and these are my first custom rods and they’re outstanding. Super lightweight with high quality cork, customize thread colors give it your own personal touch. I wish they offered an upgradable reel seat locking nut to give the rods a bit of class. I do love these rods and thank you to Cajun Rods.

great custom rod. added a high end light weight low profile reel and this rig has an awesome feel to it. can't wait to get on the water and give it a workout.
I own a bunch rods, including eight Cajun rods (Coastal Kayak, Savanah, Atled, Valor and now Revenant). I have the Revenant medium casting rod and it is really nice. Not nice for a $100 rod, but really nice period. I like it for moving baits like crankbaits, chatterbaits and the like. It feels good in the hand. It casts well and is accurate. It has good flex down the blank so I would not use for jigs or texas rigs, etc. For the price point it is a steal.
This is the 8th rod that i have purchased & the service keeps getting better. This is the first rod that I ordered with the custom color wraps & they absolutely nailed it with matching the reel I am using. Cajun Rods never disappoints.
ALL of my Cajun Rods are excellent; I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a top quality rod at a fair price, that's made in the U.S.A.!
Great jerk bait/twitch bait rod. The tip/mid section is soft enough for treble hook baits and loads into a solid backbone towards the butt. This is my fourth Cajun rid and definitely not my last. I’ll be eyeing a black bayou or trigger next.
This rod is exceptionally sensitive! I HIGHLY recommend Cajun Rods to anyone looking for a superior quality rod that's actually made in the USA!!!
I have two Savannah rods. One casting and one spinning. They've both performed really well. They're sensitive and feel great in my hand.
Found this rods action is excellent for trout, reds and flounder!
Heavy spinning rod is beautiful. Looks and feels like quality. Can’t wait to use it.
Love this rod, it is light weight, sensitive, can fish it all day
I replaced a bubbles rob that I broke . He was pumped thanks ill be purchasing more appreciate it
I needed a new medium rod for the standard lures used for inshore fishing in Louisiana so I ordered the 7Ft Revenant. A day after using it I was so impressed I ordered a medium heavy rod to replace the rod I had been using for heavier lures or if we know we'll see bull redfish.
A rod made in the USA, that is not expensive but performs at a high level is hard to pass up.
The attention to detail is very welcomed
I usually fish with St. Croix and G-Loomis rods. So, I decided to buy some Cajun rods because I heard some recommendations from Salt Strong staff. I called and talked with Cajun staff (Jess) about how was intending to use new spinning and casting rods. She was expecially helpul and I followed her advice. She was bang on. After a couple of weeks on the water the rods are noticeably light weight, well constructed, cast wee, very sensitive to light bights, and can handle big fish well. I don't need anythign more. My next rods will be Cajuns when I need them.
