I love the light action of this rod. Give the fish a chance, I've never been one that likes to wench the fish in. It's all about the fight. It's sensitive enough to feel that light crappie bite but has enough backbone for that bully shellcracker. Another great rod from Cajun Rods! I'm about to pick up one or two more.

This purchase was my fourth Cajun rod. Haven't had a chance to use it yet but if it anything like the other three rods it will soon be bringing in the fish. Wouldn't own anything but a Cajun Rod
