Great rod better customer service

Wanted to wait until the fishing trip to write the review. From the get go the rod felt very high end and it didn’t disappoint, everything I expected and more. My first rod unfortunately arrived broken (thanks USPS) but Jess made it right, she was very communicative and made sure that my replacement rod was perfect and arrive in one piece
